FAQs

All items should be handled with care. Please hand wash only with cold water and mild soap and hang to dry.  

I am  not responsible for any damages that may be caused by wash and wear. 


Ready to ship items:

All ready to ship items ship within 1-2 business days. Please note that if a ready to ship item is purchased with an item that has a TAT time of 15-21 business days it will ship within our normal TAT. All RTS items will be listed under our RTS category. 

 Unfortunately I do not offer any refunds, returns nor exchanges for our items. I am not responsible if the wrong size/item is ordered. I do check each item for flaws many times before it is packaged and shipped. 

If there is a mistake on my end that has been made please contact me via email at [email protected] or through a private message on my social media pages within 24 hours of receiving your order and please include your name, order number and concerns so I can properly address the issue (pictures may be asked for) and I will address the issue accordingly. 

 However  no refunds will be given on items that were ordered in the wrong size or on any custom order. 

Please allow 2-5 business days for your package to arrive. You will receive a tracking number from USPS through the email you ordered with once your package is on it’s way.  I am not responsible for any packages once they are dropped off at the post office. This includes lost or damaged packages. (No refunds will be given for lost or damaged packages)

Any items that are shipped back to me due to the wrong address will be invoiced for an additional shipping fee for re-shipment. No refunds will be given for items that are sent back to me. All orders will be reshipped pending the additional shipping fee.
