It's very important that you measure your child's wrist before ordering. Our measurements are made by taking the length of the cord before it's knotted and then subtracting the diameter of the bead. That means the below measurements are for the inner circumference of the actual bracelet. You'll want to add additional length to your child's actual wrist size for comfort. Desired amount of additional length is personal preference and will vary from person to person.
